I use a hands off technique, where it is not necessary to apply physical touch, I hover my hands above your body to chanel the healing of life force energies throughout your entire system. Reiki can bring many benefits to your life including a calmer state of mind, inner peace and stillness, restored vital energy,increased self confidence, reduced physical pain and much more. Before each session there is a dedicated time to have a conversation and give you a chance to ask any questions you may have, if you are new to Reiki I will be sure to explain deeper how it works and what you can expect and gain from the session with me. Sekhem Energy Healing is an Ancient Egyptian Healing art.It is similar to Reiki in application, however it is using a higher level of vibration, focusing on the root cause of the problem therefore offers a deeper, more intense level of healing and insight. It promotes health for the mind the body and spirit, recognising all three must be in balance for longevity and vitality. This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. In my experience it is often a spiritual occurrence,where you yourself might be able to gain insight/deeper understanding at other times messages, guidance may be channelled through me. You can choose before we begin the session if you would like to receive any of these informations or you would just like to receive the healing itself. I create a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere where you can truly relax and begin your healing without any judgment being present, no matter of your personal circumstances.
